Welcome to an era where IT landscapes are constantly evolving, and platforms are becoming the backbone of successful digital transformations. From container to observability platforms, from data to collaboration platforms, and ultimately, Modern Application Platforms. They come in many shapes and sizes. But simply setting up a platform and handing out the ‘keys to the front door’ doesn’t automatically make your platform a success. Having a platform is great, but what truly matters is what you do with it and what you achieve. This is where Platform Enablement becomes not just valuable, but absolutely essential. Over the past seven years, we have collaborated with various organizations to discover and experience the why, what, and how of Platform Enablement. And this journey is far from over. In this presentation, I will share the lessons we’ve learned, our vision on Enablement, and the questions that still puzzle us.
